I only saw Mrs Craig the once on her ward round at MRI, but she explained everything to me and gave me some really clear, helpful and useful information. She was very kind and compassionate too. Mrs Craig and her team did a great job on my operation and aftercare and everyone I met at the MRI treated me with dignity and respect. There’s a lot of waiting around in the NHS - I totally understand that resources are stretched and I am just one person on a very long list, so I was a very patient patient. That said, it would be great if discharge procedures could be speeded up. It’s hard to wait for a whole day - and take up a bed someone else could use - when you know you’re allowed to go home. Sincere thanks to Mrs Craig and everyone on her team. I am recovering very well and beyond grateful for the care I received.

Mrs craig listens to any concerns you have about your surgery and explains what going to happen before and after surgery so you feel more at ease knowing that your in good hands . Also mrs craig has a great team (Yvonne and Tracy ) that you can call when you need any advice . I like that mrs craig visits the next day after surgery to see how you are feeling and if you have any concerns. I would like to say a big thank you to mrs craig .

Mrs Craig is a remarkable woman and highly skilled surgeon. More than that though, she is down to earth and you can speak to her frankly and get a straight answer in return. The fact that I had major open abdominal surgery and was able to leave hospital within 4 days complication free is testament to her abilities. Now I can get back to family and work safe from the health worries that had previously clouded my life Thanks Mrs C x

I had a consultation with Mrs Craig today and as I was leaving, I thought that my appointment could not have been any better! After an initial welcome with introductions, Mrs Craig explained in great detail the plan for my forthcoming surgery. I was given time to talk, ask questions, and felt completely at ease and in good hands. Mrs Craig was approachable, understanding and informative. In a time of great tension, worry and fear, If I was given a choice of surgeon ,then Mrs Craig is, and would be, my choice.
